Framework

Hands on management of unlimited users The LearnerTrack Framework is a hosted software platform that gives your staff secure, consistent access to MIS anytime, anywhere. The administration and core tools section provides your senior LearnerTrack users with all the tools to monitor your systems and manage an unlimited number of users throughout your organisation.

Data Entry

RollCall

Online class register and attendance monitoring. RollCall records individual learner attendances via web registers. Web Moodle

Moodle Plug-In. Moodle is currently taking the adult education world by storm. Not the least because this highly fexible and effective Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) is free! Moodle is an Open Source system which means that the only expense involved is the actual hosting of the system and keeping up to date with all the improvements and fixes etc that are regularly released for it, Monterpoint has developed a suite of tools that provide interactivity between LearnerTrack, Web.Enrol and Moodle. We also offer a complete hosting and support service for organisations that want to reduce internal IT overheads.

Analysis

Powerful and flexible user defined data analysis. This superb analysis engine transforms your data each night into complex data structures called CUBEs. Optional plug-in for Enrol+ FastAddress is a plug-in giving you address data for faster enrolment. Royal Mail house level address data is loaded into your system for any postcode area you specify. The data is up-to date and maintained quarterly for you.

Data Warehouse

All your value-added data in one place. Each night, we process a subset of the data stored in your data entry system, adding key information derived from third party sources such as LSC and Royal Mail and we transform this information into a data warehouse. You can download your data warehouse at any time and interrogate your information using your own tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access or powerful reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Microsoft reporting Services for SQL Server.

Localisation

X-fer

X-fer enables data from 3rd party MIS to be imported into LearnerTrack. X-fer enables data from 3rd party MIS to be imported, merging information from multiple subcontracted providers. Xfer offers import paths to transfer data from 3rd party systems such as your own legacy database systems and from sub-contracted providers own MIS. Data transfer can be one-off or set up as an automated service that synchronises data from your own system, enabling you to keep your existing MIS and simultaneously implement the LearnerTrack Web Enrol or Analysis Modules to add value to your legacy database system.
